Spending too much time on your phone?! Me, too! We’ve all got a lot of technology in our lives these days, and studies are showing how critical it is to counter balance that with time in nature.
Outdoorsy time doesn’t have to mean climbing mountains - it can be a walk along the beach with a friend, a bike ride with the kids, visiting a farmers market or festival, or getting out into our gorgeous native bush.
Whatever you prefer, it’s important that you prioritize a bit of outdoor time every week - it’s simply looking after your health and well-being ❤️🌿

🌞One good way to fit more of the outdoors into your week is to commit to watching the sunrise and/or sunset at least once!

🌿I decided to take my own advice and get out for some early morning exercise in the park while the sun came up. That ticks three boxes at once! Green time, getting active, and sunrise...it certainly put me in a great frame of mind to start my day 🙌
